You have to follow phisically this short dance session at home; you can wacht the video many times as you need, the point is to listen to him at the same time you are practicing.

We are going to work JUGGLING with 1 and 2 balls, and in the next video that I perform (sorry for the wind sound), you will see which exercises I would like you to train and prepare.
